Amazon alum Georgia Brown joins the board at London’s Garden Studios

Former Amazon executive Georgia Brown has been appointed to the board at London-based sustainable film and TV production hub Garden Studios.

Founded in 2021, Garden Studios is a B Corp and Albert certified facility which claims to be at the forefront of environmentally responsible production.

Brown is a former head of European Originals at Amazon Studios, where she played a pivotal role in content such as Clarkson’s Farm, 007: Road to a Million, The Rig and All or Nothing.

Prior to Amazon, Brown held senior leadership roles at Fremantle Media, BBC Worldwide and Shine International.

In March of 2023, she was announced as the voluntary chair of the British Film Institute’s Skills Task Force, which addresses skill shortages within the UK’s screen sectors.
