Alma’s Way follows a Puerto Rican six-year-old in the Bronx

NEWS BRIEF: Toronto-based kids producer and distributor Sinking Ship Entertainment has acquired worldwide sales rights to Alma’s Way, the new animated series for PBS Kids from Fred Rogers Productions.

The 40×30’ series, created by actor and writer Sonia Manzano, who played Maria on Sesame Street, was unveiled last week. Aimed at viewers aged 4-6, Alma’s Way follows a proud, confident Puerto Rican six-year-old who lives in the Bronx.
