All3Media brings in Cassie Metcalf-Slovo as head of literary acquisitions

All3Media has appointed former literary agency exec Cassie Metcalf-Slovo as head of literary acquisitions.

Reporting to Sara Geater, chief operating officer at All3Media, Metcalf-Slovo will identify opportunities for All3Media’s scripted labels to acquire the adaptation rights to a range of content, including books and podcasts, both in the UK and internationally.

She joins from MTLS Literary Scouts where she was head of film and TV scouting, sourcing and pitching titles to a growing stable of TV and film producers.

During her eight years in the role, Cassie helped producers navigate optioning IP, recommending titles and advising on the publishing landscape, current trends, bestsellers and option pricing.

Prior to joining MTLS, Cassie spent three years at Working Title Films in the production department. She began her career at literary agency Aitken Alexander, first as an assistant and later as a junior agent.
