In the new role, former Channel 4 commissioner Pearce will continue to lead Objective Media Group America, having previously been exec VP. Under her leadership the LA-based prodco has grown its factual slate and produced local adaptations of formats from Objective Media Group’s UK labels.

Pearce joined Objective Media Group America in 2017, relocating from the UK to the US to take the position. During her time at Channel 4, where she was formats commissioning editor, she oversaw series such as Seven Year Switch, Hunted, Lego Masters and Made in Chelsea. Before joining Channel 4 she was head of TV for Pulse Films, director of development for MTV and executive producer for Maverick Television.

The appointment marks the first time Objective Media Group America has had anyone in the role of president.

“With Jilly at the helm, Objective Media Group America has achieved terrific success, growing a diversified slate that continues to expand across genres and platforms,” said Objective Media Group CEO Layla Smith.

Beilinson joined the US company as director of development in 2017 and was promoted to VP in 2019. During his time at the company, he has developed titles including 12 Dates of Christmas for HBO Max, Great Balloon Bomb Invasion for Discovery+ and Worst Cooks in America: Dirty Dishes for Food Network.

“He is a creative force, and I’m excited to see him lead our fast-growing development slate as the company enters this next chapter,” added Pearce.

Objective Media Group America also produces the US version of The Cube, hosted by Dwayne Wade, for TBS, Worst Cooks in America for Food Network and When Sharks Attack for Nat Geo Wild.
