Alchimie, OTF close carriage deal

French content aggregation company Alchimie has struck a partnership with non-fiction distributor Off The Fence (OTF) to show more than 150 hours of its premium factual content.

The agreement will see Alchimie carry titles from ZDF Enterprises-owned OTF via its themed subscription service across more than 40 digital platforms and telcos throughout Europe, including Alchimie’s UK-based OTT platform TV Player.

The French outlet has added history, travel, science, nature and culture documentaries to its offering, along with German- and Spanish-language docs. In addition, Alchimie has acquired six US reality shows, including WeTV series Money Power Respect and Cutting it in the ATL, to support its recently launched lifestyle channels in France.
