A+E Networks ups David Bank to CFO, Art Vomvas to retire

NEWS BRIEF: A+E Networks in the US has promoted exec VP, chief strategy and corporate development officer David Bank to chief financial officer.

Art Vomvas, who has served as interim CFO for the past year, will retire after nearly three decades at the company. Vomvas joined A+E in 1995 and was exec VP of financial and business planning becoming interim CFO. Bank joined A+E in 2019, before which he was exec VP and head of investor relations for CBS Corp.
