A&E goes Under Oath with court series

Court Cam Presents Under Oath

US cablenet A&E has commissioned a crime series that goes inside courtrooms and follows the trials of defendants who have chosen to act as their own defence on the witness stand.

Premiering in June, Court Cam Presents Under Oath is presented by ABC News’ chief legal analyst Dan Abrams.

Each episode will cover everything from first-hand defendant testimony, to the cross-examination, to the final verdict. It will also include interviews with key members of the investigation, original video from law enforcement, surveillance camera footage, 911 audio recordings, digital forensic evidence and exclusive interviews and responses from the defendants themselves.

Court Cam Presents Under Oath is produced by Abrams’ prodco Law & Crime Productions and exec produced by Abrams and the company’s president Rachel Stockman. Also exec producing are Karla Hidalgo and Shelley Schulze.

Exec producing for A&E are senior VP of development and programming Shelly Tatro and VP of development and programming Sean Gottlieb.
