100 Knives cuts first international deal with Denmark’s TV2

NEWS BRIEF: TV2 in Denmark has commissioned the first local-language adaptation of Banijay Entertainment’s Swedish culinary format 100 Knives, which will be produced by Metronome (Shaolin Heroes), part of Banijay Nordic.

The first season of the Danish version will premiere this autumn and will be filmed on the established set in Stockholm. 100 Knives sees contestants compete in brigades through escalating culinary challenges that test skill and leadership. The format was co-developed by Bunim/Murray Productions, part of Banijay Americas, and Smart Dog Media, with the original Swedish version produced by Mastiff Sweden for TV4.
