Netflix straddles BoJack Horseman again

BoJack Horseman’s voice talent line-up is led by Will Arnett

US-based SVoD giant Netflix has renewed its original animated comedy-drama BoJack Horseman for a fifth season.

Season four of the series, executive produced by Raphael Bob-Waksberg, Steven A Cohen and Noel Bright, launched globally on the platform earlier this month.

The show sees Will Arnett (Arrested Development) voice BoJack, a former sitcom star attempting to find his way through a muddle of self-loathing, whisky and failed relationships.

Arnett and co-star Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) also serve as executive producers on the show, which was created by Bob-Waksberg.

BoJack was designed by graphic artist Lisa Hanawalt and animated by LA-based ShadowMachine.
