NENT to explore The Art of Living

Culinary documentary The Art of Living

Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT) has ordered new six-part culinary documentary The Art of Living fronted by Swedish chef Niklas Ekstedt.

The documentary series will see Ekstedt travel to the world’s blue zones – regions where an unusually high number of people reach an advanced age – to find the recipes for a long and healthy life.

The Art of Living will premiere on NENT’s Viaplay streaming service in January 2020. The series is produced by Mastiff and developed by Banijay Factory alongside Ekstedt.

The documentary is the Swedish chef’s third Viaplay original series, following Four Hands Menu and Food & Fire, which premieres at the end of the month.

With The Art of Living, NENT has announced 65 original productions in the last year.
