NENT preps Wisting season two

Crime drama Wisting is based on the books by Jørn Lier Horst

NEWS BRIEF: Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT Group) has confirmed it has lined up a second season of its Norwegian crime drama Wisting, which is set to debut next spring.

Season one aired on BBC4 in the UK and Sundance Now in the US and on NENT Group streamer Viaplay across the Nordic and Baltic regions. Based on the detective novels by Jørn Lier Horst, the eight-part series is produced by Cinenord in cooperation with Germany’s ARD Degeto and distributed by Banijay Rights.
