Nella knighted in Lat Am, Asia, Europe

Broadcasters in Brazil, China and Spain have acquired Nick Jr’s animated preschool series Nella the Princess Knight from Viacom International Media Networks.

The series will air on free-to-air networks TV Cultura in Brazil and Clan TV in Spain, while online video platform iQIYI will stream the show in China.

Meanwhile, in Russia, FTA broadcaster Channel One has acquired additional episodes from the show’s first season.

The show premiered on Nick Jr last year and follows an unconventional eight-year-old princess full of courage and compassion who transcends traditional roles.
