NBCU Telemundo starts Unstoppable Women

Miami-based NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises is launching a company-wide initiative dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women.

Mujeres Imparables (Unstoppable Women) will be a multi-platform campaign and launches in March during Women’s History Month.

The company has said it will serve as a forum to bring Telemundo employees, consumers and stakeholders together to enhance the company’s culture of diversity and inclusion.

The aim is for the campaign to advance into a long-term commitment that will include supporting female writers and directors.

“Unstoppable Women will be an overarching campaign for Telemundo to highlight women’s achievements during this very special month and every month moving forward,” said Mónica Gil, executive VP and chief marketing officer at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises.

“From lead characters, programming themes and sports events, to leadership development, insights and social impact initiatives, the message will be amplified across all divisions of our company.”
