NBCU streamer Hayu expands in Europe

Hayu offers the complete Keeping Up with the Kardashians franchise

NBCUniversal International’s reality programming SVoD service Hayu has launched in 11 more European countries, after appearing on Amazon Prime Video Channels in Germany and Austria recently.

Hayu will now be available in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Switzerland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic, with direct-to-consumer (D2C) rights now agreed in Germany and Austria.

Among Hayu’s library content is the complete Keeping Up With The Kardashians and its spin-offs, as well as popular franchises like Real Housewives and Below Deck.

The service will be available in Europe for €4.99 (US$6) a month, with a seven-day free trial included. The launch now means Hayu is available in 27 countries worldwide and this is the first new D2C launch since 2019, when it rolled out in South-East Asia.
