NBCU expands Leo’s remit

NBCUniversal (NBCU) programming executive Jerry Leo has been promoted, with his remit now extending across E! Entertainment and Esquire Network as well as Bravo and Oxygen Media.

Leo becomes exec VP of programme strategy for lifestyle networks and production and will now oversee strategic planning for E! and Esquire productions. He previously worked on series including Bravo’s first original scripted show, Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce.

The former MTV Networks exec will remain based in New York and report to NBCU Cable Entertainment boss Frances Berwick, as well as Adam Stotsky, who oversees E! and Esquire Network.

It’s the latest reshuffle for NBCU’s lifestyle division after the company combined Bravo, Oxygen, E! and Esquire into a new-look channels division last year.

Stotsky was brought in as general manager of E! following the departure of the channel’s former president, Suzanne Kolb.
