Mondo’s Robot Trains arrive at DKids

CGI animated show Robot Trains

DKids, a channel owned by Discovery that broadcasts across the Middle East, will broadcast the first two seasons of Mondo TV’s 3D CGI animated show Robot Trains as part of a three-year deal.

The 32×11’ series was originally aired by South Korean broadcast group CJ E&M and has already been licensed by Spanish distributor Mondo TV in a number of European territories.

The show is set in Train World, where all citizens are trains. The main characters are special trains that can transform into robots.

Season one will air daily in Arabic from May on DKids, while season two, which is currently in production, will appear in February 2019.
