Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir is set for two more seasons

Disney in EMEA and French broadcaster TF1 have greenlit two more seasons of CGI animated series Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.

Seasons two and three (26×22′) of the action-adventure comedy will go into production with Zag and Method Animation in France.

A host of international broadcasters have committed to the new episodes, including Gloob in Brazil, Super in Italy and Tele-Quebec in Canada.

The series currently airs on Nickelodeon in the US, Gloob in Brazil, ABC in Australia, TF1 in France, EBS in South Korea and Disney Channel in EMEA, Latin America and South Korea.

The first season has also recently been acquired by Super in Italy and Pop in the UK, where it will air next year.

Created by Thomas Astruc and Nathanaël Bronn, the series is set in Paris and follows a teenage girl who owns a pair of earrings that give her superpowers.
