Mediaworks alum takes part in Parade

Producer and distributor Parade Media has appointed the former programming head at New Zealand-based TV and radio company Mediaworks as chief content officer.

Mark Caulton

Mark Caulton worked for 20 years at Mediaworks, most recently as director of programming, where he took care of the commissioning, acquisition and programming teams for TV channels Three (formerly TV3) and Four, which has since been rebranded as Bravo.

Matthew Ashcroft, CEO of Parade, said: “Mark’s appointment signals Parade’s next phase of growth. Not only will Mark help the leadership team scale across its divisions, his experience grounded in network programming will provide our producers with valuable insights rarely found in distribution.”

Parade launched in 2015 with a focus on developing, financing and distributing factual entertainment and formats globally. It has a local presence in EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific with sales teams in London, Miami and Singapore.
