At the Ritz Paris, there are 300 people between the World’s Best Pastry Chef 2020, François Perret, and his customers.François loves to watch his customers unseen, through a half-open door, to observe their reactions to his creations for himself.
Now, in a food truck in LA, he will finally break down the door, meet his clientele face to face and experience their delight – or otherwise – directly.
A panel of world-renowned chefs will deliver their impressions of François’ adventure and give him advice throughout: Pierre Hermé - Michel Troisgros- Niki Nakayama- Pierre Gagnaire- Dominique Ansel.
