Even Elstad is a rock star who once toured the world but is now playing on smaller stages and lacks ambition. However, his life is turned upside down after the mother of his child is killed in a tragic car accident. Even, who left his hometown Eidsvoll many years ago to focus on himself and his music career, is forced back to take care of his 16-year-old daughter Annie, who he hasn’t seen in many years. The old rock star is forced back to a place he fled from and to which he never thought he would return and Annie has to involuntarily deal with a father who once abandoned her. Will Even manage to juggle his music career with the role of teenage father? And will Annie be able to trust him not to leave her again?
