An intense and atmospheric drama series centered around mysterious disappearances in a remote, wolf-inhabited forest in Norway.

Biologist Emma Salomonsen travels to the small town of Östbygda on the Swedish border when her father, wolf researcher Marius Stenhammar, runs into serious difficulties.

A local boy has disappeared and rumours are swirling among the locals that he has been killed by a wolf. The situation worsens when Emma discovers the boy’s jacket covered in blood and wolf hair at her father's home.

Suspicions grow when Marius suddenly disappears. Using her instincts and her knowledge of the wolves, Emma starts to unravel the truth with the help of a local journalist.
