Alain and Maria Daumas are French gypsies.
They live in Montauban, surrounded by their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. All their lives they have fought against the injustices they have suffered.
Today, at the age of 70, and after a lifetime spent on construction sites, Alain is finally retiring.
His only desire now is to visit Auschwitz. Accompanied by his wife, they set off in their camper van on a long journey in the footsteps of the Gypsy genocide.
