A picturesque village near the mysterious and magnificent Black Forest in Germany. Horror strikes when a young woman is sexually assaulted and murdered while jogging in broad daylight. A special commission headed by experienced investigator Barbara Kramer is assigned to solve the murder, but the investigation seems to lead nowhere. When another woman is raped and murdered, fear grows in the region: is there a serial killer on the loose?
