This is the story of a country that came together in the face of adversity and pursued the dream of their national team, and how football was able to bring peace in times of extreme conflict.
This is the story of the golden years of Colombian football.

Colombian soccer had to rebuild from the ashes to finally achieve the country's first and only international title, the 2001 Copa América.
