Portocabo
Portocabo has become one of the most referenced drama production companies in national and international markets, establishing alliances to produce drama, opening Spain to international coproduction. The company is lead by Alfonso Blanco, one of the country’s most influential executive producers and showrunners.
Among Portocabo’s most outstanding crime drama series are: two seasons of Rapa (produced for Movistar Plus+), two seasons of Hierro (a coproduction with Movistar Plus+, ARTE France and Atlantique Productions), two seasons of Dry Water (coproduction with CRTVG, RTP and SP-i), Honor (Atresmedia) or The Envoys (Paramount+). They have also produced the feature film Brothers-in-Law and the kids live action series The Argonauts and the Gold Coin (coproduction with RTVE).
