On a more genteel note, Saving Britain’s Country Houses with Penelope Keith (TVF) follows passionate owners as they roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to keep the money rolling in and the ceilings from collapsing. Their lands may stretch as far as the eye can see, but so do their challenges.
For the kids we have Plim Plim (Spiritum Entertainment), a six-year-old boy whose magical superpower is kindness. The show follows him and his friends in a warm, musical world where everyday problems turn into little adventures, and he gently helps children be kind, brave and caring instead of using magic to fix everything for them.
Armorsaurs (Cake) is an action-adventure series 65 million years in the making, while teddy bear Jeremy Buttons and his brave team of toy spies race the clock to save their beloved human family from mischievous pet guinea pig Silver Paw in Australian Children’s Television Foundation’s Knee High Spies.
