Railway historian Tim Dunn and Siddy Holloway of the London Transport Museum return to explore more of London’s tube network, with exclusive and unprecedented access to long-abandoned spaces alongside those still used by hundreds of thousands of passengers every day, places that the public can’t see and places they had no idea existed. They’ll visit the teams who maintain the network overnight, the depots where trains are fixed, and even go into the first ever tunnel built beneath the River Thames; as well as delving into the history of the stations, the extraordinary people who created them, and the dedicated teams that keep them alive, with the help of the rich archive of drawings, posters, photos and mind-blowing artefacts at the London Transport Museum.
