Man v Food host sets Supperman for Dave

Adam Richman fronted Man v Food for four seasons

BBC Studios-owned UKTV entertainment channel Dave has commissioned a food and travel format fronted by former Man v Food host Adam Richman.

Adam Richman: Supperman (12×60’) comes from Entertainment One’s Whizz Kid Entertainment and will see one guest per episode choose their favourite starter, main and dessert as if it were their last meal on Earth.

Once Richman has had a taste and found out why these dishes are so special to his guest, he will set off in search of the finest ingredients to create their ultimate last supper.

“What I think sets this show apart from everything I have done in the past is that here I’m joined by fun, passionate celebrity foodies, and the dishes I find will be based upon the things they love to cook and eat,” said Richman.

The show was commissioned by UKTV head of comedy Iain Coyle and senior commissioning editor Helen Nightingale. Dave channel director Luke Hales ordered it. The exec producers for Whizz Kid are Lisa Chapman, Genevieve Dolittle and Tom Edwards. The series will be sold by BBC Studios Distribution.
