Lineup signs Content deal

Radio Gaga follows a local radio station

Netherlands-based distributor Lineup Industries has inked two format deals with newly formed US firm Critical Content, headed by Tom Forman and Andrew Marcus.

The agreements include US options for Radio Gaga, a show that follows a hyper-local radio station, and light-hearted hidden camera show What The..?!.

Devised and produced for NPO1 by David & Co. and represented globally by Lineup Industries, What The?! sees members of the public secretly undergo weeks of training overseen by an expert to master a skill that is completely out of character for them.

US-based Relativity Media’s TV operation relaunched as indie studio Critical Content after the firm emerged from bankruptcy proceedings late last year.
