Limonero takes Travis doc on tour

Almost Fashionable: A Film About Travis

Independent UK-based factual distributor Limonero Films has picked up a music documentary focusing on British rock band Travis.

Almost Fashionable: A Film About Travis sees music critic Wyndham Wallace invited to cover the Mexican tour of one of his least favourite bands.

The 1×60’ doc features candid interviews with the band, passionate fans and other music journalists as Wyndham attempts to understand the reason for his resentment.

Limonero has picked up the global broadcast, digital, educational and in-flight entertainment rights to the film, which won the audience award at the 2018 Edinburgh Film Festival.

The film is directed by Travis singer-songwriter Fran Healy and edited by Sarah Iben, with cinematography from Cristian Pirjol. Gezellig Studio produced the film in association with Final Cut USA.
