Knowledge sniffs out Geronimo Stilton

Geronimo Stilton is about a journalist mouse

Knowledge Network in Canada has acquired animated series The New Adventures of Geronimo Stilton from French distributor Superights.

The 26×26′ toon is based on the children’s book series Geronimo Stilton and follows the adventures of a famous journalist mouse.

It is produced by Atlantyca Entertainment in Italy and Superprod in France, with the participation of Rai Fiction in Italy and France Télévisions.

Superights, which was set up as the international sales arm of Superprod in 2013, shares worldwide distribution responsibilities with Atlantyca Entertainment.

Michele Paris, senior manager of children’s programming at Knowledge Network, said many of the channel’s young viewers were also fans of the book series.
