MIPCOM: North American VoD service Kidoodle.TV is bringing an educational drawing series developed in Norway to its subscribers in the US and Canada.

The first two seasons of Earthtree Media’s Learn to Draw, along with its one-minute shorts, will be available on the streaming service.

Totalling 32 episodes and targeting kids aged four and above, the series is presented by the international cartoonist Øistein Kristiansen.

“Parents are looking for content that has a focus on skills development and learning presented in an engaging and entertaining way. Kidoodle.TV is committed to meeting these important needs,” said APAC’s chief content officer, Jared Dielwart.

Kidoodle.TV costs US$4.99 per month and is aimed at kids aged up to 12. It has also secured content deals with Hasbro, Nelvana, DHX Media and other global providers.
