Khabar commissions Armoza’s Four

The Final Four is also heading to Israel’s Reshet 13

Kazakh broadcaster Khabar TV has commissioned a local version of Armoza Formats’ singing competition show The Final Four.

The first version of the format was coproduced by ITV Entertainment and Israeli firm Armoza for US broadcast network Fox as The Four.

The second season began airing on the channel earlier this month, while the Kazakh version will launch in September.

Peruvian channel Latina is also currently airing the second season of its edition of the show.

The format sees four ‘finalists’ revealed in the first episode. The singers must continue to impress a panel of judges to ensure they retain their place in the final, with other potential contestants challenging them by applying via an app throughout the season.

Last month, Israeli broadcaster Reshet 13 commissioned a local version of the format.
