Job Description:

Lionsgate is currently seeking a Coordinator, Sales Planning to report to the VP, Sales Planning, in the Worldwide TV Sales department. 

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the theatrical release schedule and output trackers for the department.
  • Draft and circulate notifications for output partners.
  • Prepare PPT presentations for executives.
  • Analyze new library acquisitions.
  • Communicate upcoming premiere windows to the sales team.
  • Compile avails and create tailored packages for various clients.
  • Enter deal memos and run collision checks into SAP-based Rights Management System.
  • Strategize franchise windowing with the sales team.
  • Support both the domestic and international sales teams on key projects.
  • Trouble shoot rights data – identify and facilitate correction of rights in or rights out errors, metadata and ensure new titles are reflected correctly in availability platform.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Skills:
  • 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Analytical skills to understand licensing rights structure and build sales pitches.
  • Excellent excel skills and attention to detail.
  • An understanding and/or interest in the ever evolving TV landscape
  • An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
