Job Description:

Autentic is looking for a dedicated International Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Oberhaching near Munich. You will be tasked to distribute our content to international broadcasters and platforms and work in close collaboration with our Sales & Acquisitions team as well as our International Factual Production unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek and develop new sales opportunities within your territories to further advance the growth of Autentic
  • Deliver on agreed sales targets & KPIs
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and create new ones in the ever-changing media landscape
  • Prepare customer pitches tailored to their needs and present with insight and passion
  • Negotiate all deal terms, prepare agreements and ensure all stages of the sales process are met
  • Identify new business opportunities for pre-sales and distribution across all media
  • Gain an excellent knowledge of Autentic’s current and expanding catalogue
  • Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, projections and presentations for senior management and the team
  • Maintain and update various databases, systems and manage the contractual and financial processes to an accurate and high standard
  • Attend all relevant international trade markets and be available to travel

Job Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will be a great team player a natural communicator and will be able to demonstrate a strong track record within content distribution.
  • Ability to work under pressure to ambitious sales targets and deadlines
  • A strategic thinker and a brand ambassador with a genuine interest in the Factual sector
  • A true team player with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Understand the ever-changing landscape and technologies within the media industry
  • Bring a cultural awareness and knowledge of the media landscape across the relevant local markets
  • Strong interest in media, international business and lifestyle content
  • Fluent in English, ideally German and/or additional language skills
