TRX is a pioneering start up, with the aim of simplifying the TV Distribution process. Bringing together experts from TV Content Production, Rights Management and Technology, TRX makes thousands of hours of content available online for global buyers to discover and acquire in a streamlined and efficient way. Leading content providers listed on TRX include:  BBC, SKY, Discovery Communications, Off the Fence, All3media and Lionsgate. 
TRX has an advisory board of key industry figures including John McVay, CEO of U.K. producers’ association PACT, Stephen Lambert, founder and CEO of Studio Lambert, and Nadine Nohr, former CEO of Shine International.
As part of our strategy for growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sales Executive to join the sales team and the roll out of the TRX system across the world.

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer in London you will be responsible for:
  • Working closely with Senior Sales Execs and Client services team in all aspects of buyer engagement
  • Assist Senior Sales Execs in all aspects of buyer relationship management
  • Build new relationships with selected buyers in global Territories
  • Responsible for in app buyer communication and deal queries
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Sales Execs and UK based Sales Team in general
  • Regular travel with Senior Sales Exec.
  • Regular phone/skype/face to face meetings with buyers
  • Regular reporting of sales team activity to senior management

Job Requirements:

Desired Skills
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Junior Sales/Co-ordinator role with a desire to grow within the role
  • Passion and knowledge of the TV rights and distribution industry
  • Natural communicator, well presented, with the confidence to hold their own in a client facing environment
  • Flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude with enthusiasm, imagination and initiative in abundance
  • Proven written and spoken communication skills
  • Efficiency and excellent organisation skills imperative
  • Knowledge of European countries and their working cultures
