Job Requirements:

The Role
Ideally commencing in early 2025, the CEO will oversee all strategic, commercial, and operational aspects of Perth Film Studios. This role is central to the studio's success, requiring exceptional leadership to ensure that Perth Film Studios becomes a highly attractive destination for filmmakers worldwide.
Your role will include:

Leading the development and application of early operational plans
Collaborating with key stakeholders, including Screenwest, Ausfilm, and the WA Government to ensure the success of the studio and more broadly the WA screen industry
Overseeing the recruitment of the team
Driving marketing & sales efforts to attract productions
Commercially managing the business planning, operation and budget to ensure success.
