Project support for own and co-productions from start to finish including:

• Editing, author interviews, preliminary discussions and contacts with funding officers 
• Editorial submission
• Topic development
• Pitchings at markets/trade fairs
• Coordination with production regarding time and project planning – content input on contract design, filming, editing, voice recordings including speaker selection, translations/transcriptions
• Internal rough cut approval including editing concept, music concept, rights clearance, speaker texts
• Acceptances with transmitters
• Voice direction 
• Creation of press kits including press release
• Organization of premieres
• Communication of festivals and awards to broadcasters, sponsors and public institutions with production overview
• Creation of festival, press and marketing concept 

• You have several years of experience as a producer and ideally come from the documentary film sector
• You have a sound understanding of production processes 
• You are stress-resistant, especially when it comes to deadlines and delivery dates
• You are adept at multitasking and have organizational talent and solution-oriented thinking
• You are experienced in using Mac and Microsoft Office 
• You have very good German and English skills
