What will you be doing?Your duties will be wide and varied. They will include: creating and presenting Partner Marketing activity review for key internal stakeholders, working closely with the Non-Linear team to fulfil demands as partners shift the dial up on their non-linear offering and ensuring all the marketing promotions produced by ourselves and our commercial partners are consistent with the brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate and Ad Sales Business:Proactively communicate A+E Networks UK's portfolio of channels and programming priorities in a timely and regular manner to:
- Affiliates to support our channels across their subscriber touch points
- Advertising/media agencies and sales teams that commercially engage our partners to advertise on our channels, websites and sponsor programmes, stunts
- Deliver quarterly presentations of our portfolio of content to all Affiliates including Sky, Virgin Media, Freeview, Freesat, TV Player, MY5 and OSN
- Help deliver an annual Partner Marketing activation programme and come up with new and innovative ideas for these around our key programme properties (desk drops, events, cross promotion, etc)
- Be the key point of contact for day-to-day affiliate and ad sales requests with regards to image, promo, logo and synopses requests with speed and accuracy
- Ensure all marketing promotions produced by ourselves and our commercial partners are consistent with brand guidelines
- Support the commercial hospitality programme for our affiliate and ad sales clients; collate client lists, help manage invitations and travel arrangements
- Support our A+E Networks virtual and "on the ground" activation at trade events where our association enhances our corporate channel brand awareness to our clients in the advertising and/or affiliate industry. This will include sending logos, style guides, images and premiums under the required sponsorship deliverables of key industry events
Non-linear:
- Work closely with the Non-Linear team to fulfil demands as partners shift the dial up on their non-linear offering
Budget/Invoicing:
- Manage the tracking and processing of invoices associated with Affiliate Distribution and Ad Sales marketing spend, with assigned budget plans under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager and Finance
Analysis:
- Create and present Partner Marketing activity review for key internal stakeholders that also shows the ROI analysis on the effectiveness of each activity
- Measuring the ROI and results from activation, partner campaigns and events - looking at partner viewing data, partner support received, feedback and ad sale relationships and briefs received
- Stay abreast of industry trends and use this to contribute ideas to the strategies. As well as keeping in touch with EMEA to share ideas
