We’re in the market every day making it our business to know who is behind the great shows and unearthing the team of talent that is needed to make a successful program. We engage with the originators, the developers, the pitchers, the showrunners and not forgetting the next generation of rising stars. Through ongoing research and professional relationships we have a clear picture of the creative leaders in the industry and build relationships with them. With 90% of the talent we partner with not pro-actively seeking a new position our job is to attract them with the right proposition at the right time.
