Eccho Rights is now recruiting a new colleague to our legal team for the role of Head of Legal and Business Affairs.



The ideal candidate shall typically have 5-10 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department, with excellent analytical skills and a hands on approach ready to draft and negotiate a large amount of contracts with TV channels and platforms worldwide. Knowledge about intellectual property and legal issues relating to the licensing of IP’s is favourable and applicants with proven experience in international corporate law and tax law are especially encouraged to apply.



The new Head of Legal and Business Affairs will be managing one additional in-house legal counsel as well as working closely with our parent company, CJ ENM, located in Seoul, South Korea. As of December 2018 CJ ENM, Asia’s largest media company, is a majority owner of Eccho Rights AB.

 

Eccho Rights is one of the world’s top television distributors, with offices in Stockholm, Istanbul, Madrid, Manila and Seoul. Our company is continuously growing, licensing about 15.000 hours of TV worldwide with a value of around 30 million USD per year. At our centrally-located Stockholm office we provide a fun and welcoming working environment with excellent benefits. The position will ideally be located in Stockholm but as we truly are an international company, the work place may be flexible.
