Jam, Amazon take Jessy & Nessy to Cannes

Irish kids’ prodco Jam Media and Amazon Studios will launch their mixed-media preschool coproduction Jessy & Nessy to the international market at MipJunior this weekend.

Jessy & Nessy (40×11’) is about an innately curious little girl and her 5,500-year-old sea monster best friend. Created by Jam Media’s Chris Dicker, the show is exec produced by John Rice and Alan Shannon. Peter K Hirsch is the head writer on the series, which was announced by Jam Media and Amazon Studios earlier this year.

Jessy & Nessy premieres on Amazon Prime Video in March 2020 and the first episodes will be showcased at Mip Junior. Jam Media is distributing the series worldwide.
