ITVSGE’s Cannes line-up was announced at the company’s Formats Festival in London last month.

The Salon, produced by Boom Cymru for S4C in Wales, is described as a cost-effective, fast-turnaround fixed-rig production capturing the big conversations that happen in hairdressing salons around the UK.

The Wedding Factory, produced by Formata for SBT in Brazil, follows a team of experts tasked with organising a wedding in a few days.

I’m Sorry I’m Getting Married, produced by ITV Studios France for NRJ12, sees four women who have never met share their last night of freedom with each other, with their husbands watching in secret.

35 Days, another Boom Cymru show for S4C, kicks off with a dead body and then reels back 35 days, counting down to the death, with viewers tracking developments and collecting evidence to build up their own theories about the crime.

The formats join a portfolio of shows that includes The Commute, Game of Chefs: On The Road and The Family Chase.

“As we approach the market next week, we have strengthened our catalogue further with four exciting formats which combine a little of the tried and tested with the fresh and innovative,” said Mike Beale, executive VP of global development and formats at ITV Studios.
