Dan Isaacs, who shares the Kudos CEO role with Diederick Santer, is leaving to join Sister Pictures, which Featherstone launched last month.

Isaacs has spent the last 13 years with Kudos in positions including chief operating officer, MD and commercial director.

He is now reuniting with Featherstone who left her role at Kudos, as well as her co-chairman position at parent company Shine UK, last January after 15 years with the firm following the merger of Endemol, Shine and Core Media.

Santer will now become the sole CEO of Broadchurch producer Kudos, with Martin Haines rejoining the firm as chief operating officer.

Haines, previously director of business and commercial affairs at Kudos between 2010 and 2013, has since held the role of group commercial and business affairs director at Warner Bros Television Production UK.

Isaacs is the latest in a long line of senior execs to leave Endemol Shine and its prodcos. Group president Tim Hincks revealed his decision to quit earlier this year, joining the likes of Lucas Church, chairman of Endemol Shine UK and the company’s commercial board and chief creative officer David Flynn.

Other senior Shine execs to leave alongside Featherstone include founder and chair Elisabeth Murdoch, CEO Alex Mahon, Shine America’s Rich Ross, Shine International CEO Nadine Nohr and Shine Nordics boss Gary Carter.
