India’s Times goes trucking with Blue Ant

Cabin Truckers has been picked up by Times Group in India

India’s Times Group and Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific are among the broadcasters to have picked up factual series from Canadian distributor Blue Ant International.

The Times Group has acquired fact ent shows including Cabin Truckers (26×30’), a series following the incredible exploits of those who haul colossal cabins to remote, picturesque locations.

It’s also picked up include What’s For Sale? With a View! (13×30’), My Retreat (26×30’) and Reno My Reno (13×30’) as Blue Ant prepares for the Asia Television Forum market, which starts on Tuesday.

Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific and China’s CCTV will both air Nomads of the Serengeti (5×52’), while Next Step Company in Thailand has bagged Canada Over the Edge (52×60’), which studies the beauty and history of Canada.

NBCUniversal International Networks has purchased both seasons of Paranormal Survivor (20×60’), while RTL CBS Asia Entertainment is set to broadcast Land Speed Heroes (6×60’), Prank You (6×30’) and Wild Ride (16×30’).
