ICM appoints new TV chief

Promoted: Michael Kagan

Talent agency ICM Partners has promoted a senior exec to oversee its international TV and media division, succeeding Greg Lipstone who left to become CEO of All3Media America.

Michael Kagan takes up the role after the exit of Lipstone, who replaced president Eli Holzman at All3’s US arm. Kagan will represent the likes of Ellen DeGeneres’s prodco A Very Good Production as well as All3Media America, in addition to showrunners and talent including Nigel Lythgoe and Matt Kunitz.

Kagan joined the firm’s mailroom department in 2003 before rising through the ranks to become a partner in 2012.

Lipstone is now overseeing day-to-day operations at All3’s US division and the prodcos that fall under it, including Zoo Productions, Maverick and Commonwealth Studios.
