Terror: Seven Days in Paris will air this Friday and features footage recorded by two camera teams during the seven days after the attacks, which occurred on Friday November 13 and killed 130 people.

The team from NBC’s Peacock Productions also filmed the dawn siege by police – and its aftermath – in the Parisian quarter of St Denis on Wednesday November 18.

Among the exclusive interviewees are the owner of the Bataclan concert venue, as well as witnesses to the killings, doctors who tried to save lives and leading Paris-based international terrorism experts.

The doc also puts the tragedy in the context of other recent terror attacks. These include 9/11 in the US, 7/7 in London and the strikes in Beirut that took place the day before the Paris attacks.

“With exclusive footage and first-hand accounts from the people of Paris, alongside expert opinion, we look at how recent acts of terror have changed the course of history,” said Rachel Job, UK director of programming for History at A+E Networks UK.
