WarnerMedia-owned US cablenet HBO has renewed comedy series Curb Your Enthusiasm for an 11th season.

Originally debuting on HBO in 2001, Curb Your Enthusiasm stars Seinfeld co-creator Larry David as an over-the-top version of himself in an unsparing but tongue-in-cheek depiction of his fictionalised life.

Over 100 episodes of the series have aired to date, with season 10 premiering last January.

David, who created the series, serves as exec producer with Jeff Garlin, Jeff Schaffer and Gavin Polone, while Laura Streicher is co-exec producer and Jon Hayman is consulting producer.
