GRB factual grabbed by TLC, RTL

Irreconcilable Differences focuses on celebrity breakups

MIPTV: Discovery-owned female-skewing lifestyle cablenet TLC and Dutch broadcaster RTL Netherlands are among the channels to have picked up factual content from US producer and distributor GRB Studios.

TLC has acquired the 13th season of Untold Stories of the ER, which is in production ahead of a July premiere. The series, which has aired in 126 countries so far, has also been renewed for multiple seasons by Discovery Europe for Italy and Zoom TV and WP Group in Poland.

Separately, leading Dutch broadcaster RTL Netherlands has picked up a pair of GRB’s celebrity-centric documentary series.

The first, divorce-focused show Irreconcilable Differences (10×60’), features some of Hollywood’s most controversial breakups, including Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and Caitlyn (Bruce) Jenner and Kris Kardashian.

The other, Cashed Out (10×60’), looks at how celebrities succeed or fail at managing their wealth, and features Michael Jackson, Amy Winehouse and George Michael, among others.
