Graff upped at Zig Zag

UK inide Zig Zag Productions has promoted its commercial director to the newly created role of MD.

Matt Graff, who joined as commercial director in 2014, has been upped to the newly created position reporting to CEO Danny Fenton.

The elevation comes after Graff oversaw recent deals including a coproduction agreement with Krempelwood Entertainment for a Sky Sports documentary on England striker Jamie Vardy.

Graff also executive produced British Treasure, American Gold (6×60’) and negotiated the sale of the series to Quest in the UK and RMC Découverte in France.

In his new role, Graff will also take on responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of the company and driving growth.

Prior to joining the company three years ago he was senior director of production and commissioning for Viacom in CEEMEA.

The London-based firm was recently commissioned by UK commercial broadcaster ITV to produce a six-part series showcasing the most bizarre moments from Japanese gameshows.
